Help us update our Puberty Education/Maturation Program by taking our Parent Survey.
Your participation is very valuable since parents are the primary educators of their children. This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes of your time. There are eight questions and all responses are confidential.
Planned Parenthood Association of Utah is updating the highly successful puberty education curriculum, "Growing Up Comes First". This program is approved in 16 school districts, recommended by the Utah State Office of Education, and presented to students all over Utah. Our program features a parent handbook, three lessons for 5th and 6th graders with medically accurate, age appropriate information and related materials to take home.
This survey will allow us to hear directly from Utah parents and caregivers like you about how our curriculum can help you educate your child(ren). It also asks you about what information you believe your child(ren) need to thrive as they experience the physical, social and mental changes of puberty.
