Welcome to Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood's website. Upper Hudson Planned Parenthood is a community-based non-profit organization providing advocacy, education and reproductive health care services in the Capital Region in New York State since 1934. We operate four health centers and serve communities in Albany, Columbia, Greene, and Rensselaer Counties. Our services are delivered with special concern for the underserved.
