The HPV vaccine can help prevent genital warts and cervical cancer—and UHPP offers it to women from age 19 to 25 for free, along with a free bus pass.
Emergency Contraception (EC) can help prevent pregnancy even five days after an accident. EC is FREE at UHPP, while supplies last. No appointment is required for ages 17+; younger patients only have to have a quick visit with a nurse.
In 2010 our Albany Health Center moved to a bigger, state-of-the-art facility in the Mildred Elley/Austin Beauty School building. The beautiful new space has more examination rooms, a larger, more comfortable waiting area and plenty of parking.
