will re-locate our Latham services
to the following health centers:
259 Lark Street, Albany, NY 12210
200 Broadway, Suite 201, Troy, NY 12180
Latham’s clinician will be available at both sites so you may continue to see the same provider. Our front-desk staff would be happy to have your medical records transferred to one of these two centers. Please ask for a transfer request card at the clinic, or call (518) 434-5678 to indicate your preference.
Get a FREE pack of birth control pills (or a package of Emergency Contraception) when you make your first appointment at the location of your choice.

- You can see the SAME healthcare provider.
