Tri-Rivers Planned Parenthood, Inc. (TRPP) has been providing family planning and reproductive health care services in rural Missouri since 1971.
TRPP serves over 4,000 clients annually at our three clinic sites - Kirksville, Lake Ozark and Rolla. Nearly 80% of our clients live at or below 150% of poverty, and for many we are their only source of professional health care. Fees for most of our medical services are based on familiy size and income, and no one is ever denied family planning services due to inability to pay.
Through our health care services, education programs and resources, and advocacy, we work toward making our communities places where there are fewer unwanted pregnancies; where all people, regardless of income, have access to essential health care; where the spread of sexually transmitted infections is sharply reduced; and where all pregnancy options remain safe, legal and accessible.
