Because we will never turn anyone away based on their inability to pay.
Because more than 365,000 women in Missouri cannot access family planning care and contraceptive services without assistance.
Because the State of Missouri provides no financial assistance for our much-needed services.
Because in the year 2006 alone we provided reproductive health care for more than 34,000 women, men and teens in the St. Louis Region.
Because 80% of our patients have annual incomes at or below 150% of the federal poverty level.
Because we are the largest and strongest voice for reproductive rights and women's health care in the State of Missouri.
Because we our educational programs reach more than 16,000 participants each year.
Because we could not keep our promise to ensure reproductive education, care, and rights for every member of our community, without the ongoing commitment of our dedicated supporters: individuals, businesses, community organizations, and foundations who partner with us in support of our mission.

- $50 can provide one person the peace of mind brought by STD testing and counseling
- $100 can subsidize a low-income woman's well-woman visit, likely her only doctor's visit of the year
- OR $100 can provide a reproductive health educational session for parents, educators or community members
- $250 can provide emergency contraception for five women
- OR $250 provides an educational video used to teach comprehensive sex education
- $500 can underwrite an educational session for Teen Advocates For Sexual Health (TASH) members
- OR $500 helps prevent cervical cancer for one young woman with a three-shot series HPV vaccination
