Birth Control

People have used birth control methods for thousands of years. Today, we have many safe and effective birth control methods available to us.

At Planned Parenthood we believe that everyone is entitled to a happy, healthy sex life. If you don’t want to get pregnant right now, we want to help you get on a form of birth control that fits your body and your lifestyle.

Beginning August 1, as part of the Affordable Care Act, many insurance plans will be required to fully cover many methods of birth control without co-pays or deductibles. Some anti-birth control groups are threatening this critical new benefit. We need your voice now - share your story about the impact birth control has on your daily life and how this change will personally affect you.

Whether you're interested in a method that you don’t have to remember, a method that’s hormone-free or a method that will clear up your acne as an added bonus, we will work with you during a one-on-one consultation to make sure you have the right method for you. Birth control consultations and services are available during all business hours by appointment. You may be able to receive certain birth control services without a pelvic exam. Give us a call and we’ll schedule the right appointment for your needs.
