Mid-life Series

Menopause is a time to reflect on your health and make a plan to be at your best throughout life.  Health care specialists will talk about ways to make the most of menopause and mid-life. This course focuses on women's health and the aging process.  Participants will learn ways to promote physical and mental health as they enter the midlife years.  We will also learn from each other by sharing challenges and successes.  Topics include:

  • menopause
  • heart and bone health
  • fitness
  • sexuality
  • relationships

The sessions will be led by women's health care specialists including Debbie Hatch, Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, and Dr. Kim Ervin.  There will also be a theater piece on aging by popular actress, Lynne Wells, and an exercise segment led by Susan Jannson, CEO of HealthSport.
