Sometimes referred to as a "clinic in a box", the Medical Outreach program at SRPP provides reproductive health services at four outlying sites on a regular basis. The goal is to reach those who may find it difficult to come to our Eureka health center for one reason or another. The Medical Outreach program takes MediCal, insurance, FamilyPACT (the teal card), or private pay. Based on your eligibility, confidential funding may be available on site.
Our services include:
- Emergency Contraception (Plan B)
- Hormonal Birth Control - pill, patch, ring, shot
- STD Testing for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea
- Pregnancy Testing
- HIV Testing - 10 minute rapid response
- Supplies (condoms, other barrier methods, spermicide, lube)
