Teen Outreach: Teaching Their Peers
Teen Outreach is an after-school program for high school peer educators. Students learn how to help their peers make informed choices about pregnancy and disease prevention. They make presentations to classes at Del Norte High School with a focus on how child support can become an issue when pregnancy is unplanned. Teen Outreach peer educators are excited when they realize how well their peers listen when they talk to them about prevention.
