Each year Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains (PPRM) recognizes a unique group of friends whose dedication to PPRM is distinct and whose generosity is remarkable. To celebrate this group of supporters, we established the Impact Society. Impact Society donors aspire for the continued enhancement of PPRM and are committed to making a difference in the lives of our patients and communities.
Members of the Impact Society receive and are listed in the Dialogue Newsletter and enjoy exclusive privileges including access to organizational leadership, special communications concerning major PPRM initiatives, and invitations to private PPRM and Planned Parenthood Federation of America events.
Membership Guidelines
Membership is open to all individual donors based on total gifts and pledge payments in a fiscal year. The following guidelines apply:
- Annual cumulative contributions of $1,000 or more to any area of PPRM
- Membership is for PPRM’s fiscal year October 1-September 30
- Gifts can be made in cash, credit or debit card, or negotiable securities
Membership Opportunities
Within the Impact Society are four levels of philanthropic activity. Each level provides important opportunities for PPRM patients and clients. Examples of potential impact per level:
Partner Level - $1,000-$4,999
- $1,000 provides 40 pregnancy tests or 8 STD screenings
- $3,000 provides ten colposcopies (advanced cervical cancer screening and biopsy)
Champion Level - $5,000-$9,999
- $6,000 provides one Safer Choices 11 hour educational youth course
- $8,000 provides 71 annual exams (includes clinical breast exams to screen for breast cancer)
Ambassador - $10,000 or more
- $10,000 provides the ability to educate 170 youth participants
- $15,000 provides the production and development of a media advocacy campaign to protect access to reproductive health services
Visionary - $25,000 or more as an outright gift in any fiscal year
- $25,000 provides one year worth of indigent care services for Promotores de Salud program patients
