The Facts of Life Line is an automated phone system that offers over 140 messages on various reproductive health topics. The service can be accessed on a Denver-metro number, as well as on a toll-free number for callers from outside the Denver-metro area. The Line is bilingual so that callers may request the messages in English or Spanish. The Line is accessible in all of PPRM's service areas: Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Wyoming. Answers are given in both English and Spanish. The line receives over 6,000 calls annually.
