Speakers Bureau

    • Short-term programming that is medically accurate and age appropriate
    • Focuses on increasing sexual health knowledge
    • Wide variety of topics offered

 

CPR

    • Two courses are available: "Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers" and "Heartsavers" (CPR for the general public)
    • Taught by American Heart Association-certified instructors
    • Focus on recognizing life-threatening emergencies and providing CPR, using an automated external defibrillator (healthcare providers only), and relieving choking 

 

Birthing Classes

    • Variety of class formats available, including express classes on a single Saturday and classes held in the evening over a few weeks
    • Focuses on non-judgmental, evidence-based information on the full range of maternity care options 
    • Mothers are encouraged to bring a support person when possible and all family structures are welcome
