CPR

Planned Parenthood's American Heart Association-certified instructors offer two CPR courses: Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers and Heartsavers (CPR for the general public).

These interactive courses prepare you to recognize several life-threatening emergencies and to provide CPR; use an automated external defibrillator; and relieve choking in a safe, timely, and effective manner. The courses include adult, child, and infant rescue skills.

Participants who successfully complete the skills tests will be issued an American Heart Association CPR certification card which is valid for two years.

Classes are held in the morning on Mondays-Saturdays.  We may also be available to come to your organization. The cost is $45 per person, which includes the required textbook and a light breakfast.

For schedule information and to register for a class, please email cpr@pprm.org or call 303.813.7716.
