STI Review

Audience: Teens

Time Needed: 10 minutes

Materials: Tennis balls or other small/plain balls, permanent marker

Session Objectives:

To review signs and symptoms as well as treatment of common sexually transmitted infections.

Activity Description:

On each ball, write the name of an STI that you will have covered during the teaching session. After students have heard the lesson and asked questions, tell them that you will be playing a game. Bounce the balls (easily) into the class. Whoever catches the ball must read the name of the STI on the ball and then review the symptoms and treatment he or she learned from the lesson.
