Youth Speak Out
This event is held in the fall and kicks off a school year of peer leadership, community service and youth voice events. The day long program includes a keynote speaker, workshops, a health fair and a “speak out” session.

Taste of Independence
This event is a one day program giving participants the opportunity to experience the responsibilities that accompany independent living. Each participant must find a job, obtain housing, purchase groceries and household furnishings, use a checkbook, and cope with a variety of additional “circumstances.” The consequences of premature sexual activity (i.e.: STI’s, Pregnancy, etc.) and credit card debt are also explored.  This event will be held on July 30th at Crowley Park in Salamanca.

Youth Summit
May 29, 2009
This event recognizes youth who are involved in youth voice, peer leadership and community service projects. The event features displays highlighting the contributions of local youth.  Ten young people receive awards for consistently going above and beyond to serve others.  This half day event includes a key-note presentation, health fair, scavenger hunt, youth group displays and presentations, and youth awards.
