Our Payment Policy
All fees are due at the time of your appointment. Cash, money orders, traveler's checks, certified checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are all accepted.
No personal checks are accepted. If you intend to use your insurance or New York State Medicaid coverage as payment, you must bring your current insurance or Medicaid card. Pre-verification is required for most insurances.
All patients and those accompanying a patient must bring one form of photo identification on the day of your appointment.
