MyChart provides you with online access to your medical record. It can help you access your health records and communicate with your providers. All Planned Parenthood of Southwestern Oregon patients, new and existing, are encouraged to sign up for MyChart.

Planned Parenthood of Southwestern Oregon offers quality reproductive health services in a confidential, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive environment. 

All of our services require an appointment. Walk-ins can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. In order to ensure you are seen in a timely manner, an appointment can be made over the phone or online.

Most of our expert services are low-cost or no cost for those who qualify. 

Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in. 

Telehealth visits will be conducted using a secure and HIPAA compliant two-way video chat application. 

Oregon law gives all minors the right to confidential birth control information and services, as well as testing for sexually transmitted infections and HIV without parental consent.

We are required by law to keep all of your records COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL. 

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
