MyChart provides you with online access to your medical record. It can help you access your health records and communicate with your providers. All Planned Parenthood of Southwestern Oregon patients, new and existing, are encouraged to sign up for MyChart.

How Do I Make an Appointment?

All of our services require an appointment. Walk-ins can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. In order to ensure you are seen in a timely manner, an appointment can be made over the phone or online.

The Reproductive Health (RH) Access Fund pays for birth control and medical services related to reproductive health. We do not discriminate.
