Who We Are
Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida, Inc., (PPSWCF) is a non-profit family planning organization that has been helping women, men and teens make responsible choices about their sexual health for more than 40 years. We currently have seven health centers for your convenience. Dedicated to delivering the highest quality reproductive health care services since 1966, PPSWCF is also committed to providing responsible, age-appropriate sexuality education. Protecting a woman's fundamental right to choose is also a major part of this organization's underlying philosophy.
Each year, more than 24,000 women, men, and teens visit Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida's seven health centers in Bradenton, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Lakeland, Winter Haven, Sarasota and Ft. Myers. Health centers are conveniently located and offer a wide range of sexual health services during daytime, evening and Saturday hours.
To make a confidential appointment, call the Planned Parenthood Health Center nearest you. Planned Parenthood's sexual health services are individualized and confidential. Your decision to be abstinent, sexually active or use birth control is personal and private. All individuals are welcome regardless of race, ancestry, national origin, creed, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, marital status, income or age.
