Featuring Dr. Carol Cassell, nationally recognized leader in the field of sexuality, who will discuss her upcoming book, “Beyond Knocked Up: The Personal Dilemmas and the Price We All Pay for Unplanned and Unwanted Pregnancies.”

       Dr. Cassell is a nationally recognized leader in the field of sexuality and is well known through her nation-wide research work with the CDC (The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and Planned Parenthood Federation of America. She is a certified AASECT sex educator (AASECT is the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, & Therapists.) She is currently the president of the Western Region for the Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality.

       Known for her practical, down-to-earth advice and sense of humor, Dr. Cassell has appeared on many radio and television programs and is a frequently quoted expert on a range of topics related to love and sex in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, numerous women's magazines and local media.
