Internships

Do you want to learn valuable skills while contributing to a great cause and earning college credit?

Planned Parenthood offers internships that provide invaluable opportunities for passionate students and recent graduates. Interns will advocate for reproductive health care, gain valuable work experience, and develop skills to further their career. Interns will plan, execute and manage at least one project from start to finish during the semester they spend with us. Internships are available at our West Palm Beach and Miami offices.

Positions Available:

Government Affairs Intern will assist with policy initiatives and communications with elected officials during legislative sessio to advocate for women's reporductive health issues and rights.  Strong research and writing skills a must.  A minimum of 10 hours a week required. 

Multimedia Intern will assist with creating, editing, and updating audio\visual projects.  These will include but are not limited to creating short videos, monitoring multimedia bank, and assisting with the maintence of websites and social media sites   Background in video/audio editing and social media a must. 

Graphic Design Intern will assist with the creation and updating of collateral materials such as brochures, flyers, and other projects as needed. This will be a great opportunity to see how your classroom training in graphic design applies in real world situations. A working knowledge of photoshop is a must.
