Planned Parenthood of Southeast Iowa will NEVER turn anyone away because of inability to pay. PPSI receives funding from federal and state grants, as well as private foundations and donations. This funding allows PPSI to offer all services on a sliding fee scale, based on each client's household income. PPSI services are available to all women and men regardless of age, marital status, income, or health insurance. Forms for the sliding fee scale may be filled out at the time of your appointment (they only take a couple of minutes and we'll do it with you) or you can save time by printing, completing, and bringing to your appointment.
