The call center hours are:
Monday 7:30am - 8:00pm
Tuesday 7:30am - 8:00pm
Wednesday 7:30am - 6:00pm
Thursday 7:30am - 6:00pm
Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm & 1:00pm - 5:00pm
*Note: Mondays, days after holidays and lunch hours receive high call volume. If you call during other times, it is less likely you will have to wait on hold to make an appointment.
For after-hours or to save time, request an appointment online! Your request will be responded to promptly, usually the same day, but not on Sundays when we are closed.
