Roe v. Wade Anniversary
Every year, Planned Parenthood helps coordinate local pro-choice coalition Roe v. Wade anniversary events in both Santa Barbara and Ventura. The events are held in January to commemorate the anniversary of the landmark decision upholding a woman's right to choose. For more information, click here.
Annual Dinner
The Annual Dinner is an event in which Planned Parenthood friends and supporters come together for an enjoyable evening to recognize our affiliate honoree of the year. In 2012, we’ll honor Dick Jensen for his years of service to our affiliate. Please stay tuned for information about our 2012 event on April 20. Choice Affairs
Our signature fundraising event with parties that are innovative, educational and challenging. All are carefully designed to be a great deal of fun. Annual Book Sale
Planned Parenthood Book Sale is the largest used book sale in the tri-counties and is held annually at Earl Warren Showgrounds. This popular fall event offers thousands of titles for all ages and interests. We sort and price books throughout the year in preparation for the sale. Young Professionals First Fridays
Mix, mingle and make a difference the first Friday of every month, hosted by Planned Parenthood Young Professionals. Supporters in their 20s and 30s meet once a month to network, socialize, and catch up on the latest news from Planned Parenthood.
