SIMPLE PAY - Contraception and Sexual Health Packages

The Answer Early pregnancy testing with 99% accuracy. Includes all lab work and options counseling.	$19
Quickie Quick visits for services such as general consultations, vaccine injections, and more.	$59
The Annual Full well-woman exam. Includes pap smear, breast and comprehensive sexual health evaluation.	$179
The Pill One full year of birth control pills. Includes professional consultation with The Annual, if needed.	$239
The Pill - Pay Per Pack Prescription for one year of pills. Includes one month of pills. $20 each additional pack. Also includes professional consultation visits with exam.*	$179
In Control One full year of premium birth control, such as the NuvaRing, DepoProvera, and the OrthoEvra patch. Includes professional consultation with exam, if needed.	$299
Sure Thing Long-lasting, reversible birth control insertion, such as an IUC or Nexplanon. Includes professional consultation with exam, if needed, and follow up visit.	$599
It's Complicated Assessment of more complicated gynecological symptoms including pelvic pain and abnormal bleeding.	$199
The Check Routine screening for gonorrhea, chlamydia and HIV. Includes counseling, testing and simple treatment. Additional fees may apply for complex treatments.*	$139
