Inservice, Training, or Consultation

Our Educators and Trainers are available to work with you to create and design programs for teachers, administrators, parents and students where we can provide accurate and honest information. Topics can be personalized to meet the specific needs of your group. Asking questions is always highly encouraged.

Planned Parenthood of Northern New England's Educators and Trainers have been a valuable resource available to you for over 25 years.  Our educators are equipped to assist professionals in getting the skills, knowledge, support, and confidence to comfortably and effectively address the sensitive topic of sexuality.  In addition to the professional trainings listed on our calendar, PPNNE Educators have a solid reputation and expertise in designing personalized inservices, trainings, and consultations.

Personalized Consultation

Our education staff is available to help you develop curriculum or design your own educational programs.  We come with a wealth of information, experience and effective exercises, activities, and teaching strategies.  We can work with you one-on-one or provide input at meetings you have planned.

Inservices and Personalized Trainings

With budgets tight and travel money scarce, bringing a professional training to you and your colleagues may be a better investment for your school, organization, and community.  PPNNE offers inservices at your location on any topic related to sexuality, relationships, and communication.  The more people trained within a particular school, agency, or organization, the more easily and quickly change can be made.  Extending the training out to other organizations in your region increases the leverage and is a proactive measure that will lead to greater solutions.  We will work with you to design a program to meet your specific needs.

The following topics can be personalized to meet the specific needs of your group:

A Healthy Start: Young Children and Sexual Development (for those who work with youth ages 3-8)

Transitions: Sexuality Issues for 7th and 8th Graders (for those who work with youth in middle school)
