Emergency Contraception (EC)
Emergency Contraception (EC) is a way to reduce your risk of pregnancy after unprotected sex. It is meant to be used as a back-up, emergency measure after sex when no birth control method was used, the condom broke or your diaphragm slipped, or if you were sexually assaulted.
