PPNNE's Education and Training Department strives to be a valuable resource to parents, teens, adults and youth- serving professionals. We sell a wide variety of carefully selected books chosen to help people better understand various aspects of healthy relationships, communication, and sexuality. We do update our selection, so be sure to visit us often.
The PPNNE bookstore offers materials:
- for parents to help them talk with their kids about body image, healthy relationships, and sexuality
- for young people to understand the changes in their bodies and to learn about healthy relationships and effective communication
- for adults to learn more about their bodies and their sexuality
- for professionals to assist with their lessons on healthy relationships, human sexuality, birth control, and sexual violence
In addition to books, we sell
- PPNNE's own Sexual Violence in Teenage Lives Curriculum which addresses sexual violence from the perspective of sexual health.
- Sexuality Education for Adults with Developmental Disabilities, a groundbreaking curriculum desinged for self-advocates and staff to teach a sexuality education series together as a team.
