WHY DO YOU VOLUNTEER FOR PLANNED PARENTHOOD?
People choose to demonstrate their support for Planned Parenrhood in many different ways. Why is PPNEO important to you? Why do you volunteer you time? Share your stories and we’ll publish one per issue. Guidelines: 250 words max. Include your photo if you want it printed with your story. Email it all to volunteer@ppneo.org. We will let you know that we got your story and when it will run. It’s that easy, so send us your stories today!
VOLUNTEER CONNECTIONS
We have a special email address for communicating to CLC and Board members: volunteer@ppneo.org
This email address will allow key staff members to access current volunteer email lists. Communications sent via this address are intended to inform close supporters of PPNEO about upcoming meetings, events and news. You can contact PPNEO through this email and still reach staff members at their individual email addresses.
Q: WHY DO I GET THE V-MAIL IN MY E-MAIL MORE THAN ONCE
A: If you receive V-Mail in your Inbox more than once, it is most likely because you are also on our larger volunteer email list through the Planned Parenthood Action Network. Many of our closest supporters are on both lists. Some are on even more lists, including those managed by our statewide office – Planned Parenthood Affiliates of Ohio (PPAO) – and our national organization – Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA). As we continue our work streamlining PPNEO’s databases, you will gradually see some of this duplication disappear. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you are a current volunteer, you should be receiving V-Mail the last day of every other month. If you are a documented current volunteer and are not receiving V-Mail, let us know.
