• Stories mus be from people who go/went to a Planned Parenthood health center in or near Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Youngstown, Wooster or Mansfield Ohio.

SHARE YOUR STORY ON VIDEO

• Create a video that tells your story.
• Upload it to YouTube or Vimeo or put it on a disk and mail it.
• Send the link with 'My Planned Parenthood Video' in the subject line.
• Complete and return the media release forms with your video.
• Include your name, phone #, email, city/state for verification.
• Videos cannot exceed 3 minutes.
• Disrespectful content will be blocked. 
• You don't have to reveal your identity on the video, but you do have to identify yourself to Planned Parenthood so we can verify that your video is authentic.

We're looking for a few current or former clients that are willing to come to one of our offices and let us get your story on video.

• We prefer stories be 300 words or less, but it's okay if it's a little more.
• Disrespectful content will be discarded.
