Please allow 24 - 48 hours for an email response to your appointment request. You must create an account and login before requesting an appointment online.

This is a service for non-urgent appointments only. If you have an urgent medical issue, call your local health center. If you are seeking abortion services, review our abortion information page before making an appointment. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. We do not respond to emergencies through our website.
