COMPREHENSIVE SERVICES
Planned Parenthood of Northeast Ohio provides a broad range of essential health care services to women and men in our local communities. Licensed and experienced physicians provide the Abortion Pill (Mifeprex) and surgical abortion services in our modern, licensed and accredited facilities in Bedford an Rocky River.
Included in our abortion fees (below) is an individualized assessment of each client’s medical and contraceptive history, pregnancy testing and personalized options education, ultrasound, urinalysis, lab work, birth control education and supplies, and a follow-up exam at any Planned Parenthood health center. Most important, our dedicated medical team provides education and support to every woman throughout the process.
FEES
Price ranges for abortion services at Planned Parenthood of Northeast Ohio are:
- Medication abortion (abortion pill): $410
- In-clinic abortion (up to 13.6 weeks): $450
- Sedation (IV medication): $60
- Ultrasound Only: $70 - $150
- Medication for Rh negative clients: $45 - $100
Some services may have additional charges for lab and blood work.
Abortion services may be covered by your insurance. If you use your insurance, please be sure to bring your insurance information at the time of your visit.

Bedford Health Center - Licensed Ohio Ambulatory Surgical Facility; located at 19550 Rockside Road in Bedford and accessible from I-77, I-271 and I-480.
Rocky River Health Center - located at 20800 Center Ridge Road, Ste. 101. The center is accessible from I-480 and I-90.
PERSONALIZED, CONVENIENT AND CONFIDENTIAL CARE
Care is provided in a safe, supportive environment and is personalized to address each individual’s physical and emotional needs. Screening and options education appointments are available 6 days a week for those electing the two-visit process. Longer, oneday appointments, compliant with all State laws, are also available.
