Your County Clerk or Election Commissioner MUST RECEIVE YOUR EARLY VOTING BALLOT REQUEST BY 4 PM, October 29th, 2008!
No information will be submitted via the internet, as the form will be downloaded to your personal computer, so your anonymity is assured.
IF YOU NEED TO REGISTER TO VOTE, fill out the following form and return it to your local election office. It must be mailed and postmarked on or before the third Friday preceding the election in which you wish to vote. (October 17, 2008, for the November 4th, 2008 general election).
