Our diverse and beloved group of volunteers, from high school students to senior citizens, donate thousands of hours of time and energy each year. Our dedicated team is crucial to helping Planned Parenthood Golden Gate deliver high quality, affordable and accessible health care to all of our clients. Volunteers also help promote our mission and services throughout the communities we serve. Please note that many of our volunteer opportunities may be adjusted to serve as college internships.

* Please be aware that we receive a high volume of inquiries and applications from prospective volunteers and we have a limited number of positions available. If no suitable position is available at the time your application is received, we will keep your application on file for six months.  

Requirements

We ask our volunteers to commit to a minimum of 3-5 hours a week for at least six months. We also require that our volunteers be at least 16 years old and have had a TB/Rubella immunization. All volunteers/interns are required to complete the PPGG Volunteer/Intern Orientation and Training.
