Iowa Family Planning Network

Planned Parenthood is a provider of the Iowa Family Planning Network, a federally and state funded program to provide free services and supplies for low-income and moderate-income women.  Free services include birth control supplies, annual gynecological exams*, pregnancy testing*, and sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment*.

Qualifications for the Iowa Family Planning Network:

  • US citizen and Iowa resident
  • Women between ages 13-44
  • Social Security Number
  • Income verification (i.e. pay stub)
  • Monthly income $1,800 or less for a single individual (income increases for every member of the household)
