Free Services
Planned Parenthood is a provider of the Iowa Family Planning Network, a five-year federally and state funded program to provide free services and supplies for low-income and moderate-income women. Free services include birth control supplies, annual gynecological exams, pregnancy testing, and sexually transmitted infection testing and treatment.
Qualifications for the Iowa Family Planning Network:
- US citizen and Iowa resident
- Women between ages 13-44
- Social Security Number
- Income verification (i.e. pay stub)
- Monthly income $2,000 or less for a single individual (income increases for every member of the household)
