• Expand access to sexual and reproductive health care in Oregon and Southwest Washington by promoting a wide range of services to populations of diverse age, gender, ethnicity, geographic location, and income level.
• Assure the availability of comprehensive sexuality education.
• Heighten public awareness of sexual and reproductive health care issues, and the negative impact of increasing populations on the environment.
• Reduce unintended pregnancy and births, especially among young people.

To address these issues, PPCW provides a broad range of sexual and reproductive health care, family planning and other medial services; trains and educates people on issues of sexuality; and advocates for the protection of reproductive rights and freedom in Oregon and Southwest Washington.
