Every week, LGBTQA youth make themselves at home in a safe, supportive and empowering environment. Meetings, conducted by professional Planned Parenthood educators and youth peer educators, include movies, games, art projects, LGBTQA advocacy, sexuality education and "open mic" coffeehouses. The Rainbow Room also sponsors field trips and a periodic Youth Night Out.
Resources are available such as educational videos, feature films, safer sex supplies, comprehensive sexuality education curricula, and brochures that address various LGBTQA health topics. Peer support and community building activities promote health, wellness and a strong sense of belonging within LGBTQA communities and the world.
All services are confidential and free.
