Director of Operations
The Planned Parenthood Association of Bucks County is seeking a Director of Operations to manage and grow our network of five reproductive healthcare centers. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on position for someone who has the desire to have a positive impact on their career, the organization they work for, and the citizens of Bucks County.
Unlike many businesses today that have limited demand for their products and services, PP Bucks is seeing an increase in the demand for our services. We offer a wide range of reproductive healthcare services like annual exams, office visits, cancer screenings, lab tests, contraceptives, and counseling for women, men, and teens of any age and income. We accept most commercial insurance plans plus have access to a variety of federal and state funding programs to ensure that everyone has access to care. While Washington talks about providing low cost, high quality healthcare for everyone sometime in the future, PP Bucks is doing it today!
As the Director of Operations, you will be a key member of the management team and will have a direct impact on the success of our organization. Your reports will include five Center Managers and the 30 people who report to them, and you will enjoy the support of our in-house experts in billing, HR, IT, quality assurance, and clinical programs. We run a lean operation and have no time for office politics, so there won’t be any bureaucrats standing between you and your goals.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have a:

-Minimum of five years experience managing multi-site healthcare operations with budgets in excess of $2 million.
