Volunteer Information
A Rewarding Experience Volunteers have been a crucial part of the mission of Planned Parenthood Arizona since 1934. Each year, hundreds of dedicated volunteers help us provide quality health care, educational outreach and political activism within the communities we serve. Participants in our volunteer programs must identify themselves as pro-choice. We ask all volunteers to make a minimum time commitment of at least 20 hours. However, we offer a variety of volunteer assignments requiring different amounts of time. We'll work together to find the right "fit" and schedule for you! Reward yourself, with an incredible experience - volunteer with PPAZ today! To apply, please contact Kate Elliott, Volunteer Coordinator at (602) 263-2225 or kelliott@ppaz.org. Orientation Planned Parenthood Arizona offers an orientation session to help get volunteers settled into their new role(s) in our organization. Training is also provided -- it varies by volunteer position -- and volunteers have ongoing support from their location manager and the volunteer office.
