What are the costs for health services?
Please call your nearest health center for additional information. Our trained customer service representatives are available to answer your cost related questions.  Please call toll free at (800) 230-PLAN (7526).

What if I can’t afford health services?  
Planned Parenthood Arizona accepts most major insurance plans, including some AHCCCS plans.  Many of our health centers offer payment plans and/or a sliding fee schedule (fees based on income level) for low income clients. Please see Financial Assistance.
