This legislative session, Planned Parenthood fought diligently for the reproductive rights of all Arizonans. There was commonsense legislation offered that addressed fundamental health care needs, only to have it mischaracterized and rejected by anti-choice legislators in favor of extreme legislation putting up more barriers for women and teens to access care. Legislators were insistent during the 2011 session to impose their views and come between a woman and her doctor.
