Dear Patch User,
I am sorry to report that, due to a recent drastic cost increase, we can no longer afford to carry the Patch for less than pharmacy prices. In most cases, our cost would be more than $10 higher to carry the Patch than the price at the pharmacies below. In the interest of keeping services as affordable as we possibly can by controlling our administrative costs, we will no longer be carrying the Patch. Clinic staff will be happy to change your prescription to a less expensive method (birth control pills and the three-month injection average $23 per month) or to call your Patch prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. (As of May 23, 2007, the cost of the Patch ranged between $50 and $53 at local pharmacies including Costco, Target & HEB.)
