Thank you Austin for 70 years of support!
The 2008 Choice for Generations Public Affairs Dinner on September 28th was a wonderful success. See photos from the dinner below.
With nearly 900 guests and a successful live auction, the event was Planned Parenthood of Austin’s most successful fundraiser ever! More than $450,000 was raised to support the health care and education provided by our clinics.
Thank you to Evan Smith of Texas Monthly for serving as our popular Master of Ceremonies and live auctioneer! Thank you to Ken Stein, Executive Director of the Paramount Theatre for an outstanding interview with Lily Tomlin. Thank you to our co-chairs, Peggy Pickle and her daughter Bergan Casey for their tremendous efforts, and to our event committee and host families for making Planned Parenthood’s 2008 Public Affairs Dinner so successful!
