You may qualify for the Texas Women's Health Program if:
-You are a female who lives in Texas,
-are between the ages of 18-44,
-are NOT pregnant but still able to have children,
-and are a US citizen or have legal residency status
If you have children who are getting WIC or Medicaid, the process may be easier.
Required documentation to qualify for the Women's Health Program:
-Proof of U.S. citizenship (birth certificate, passport) or legal residency (I-94 or I-151 Form)
-Social Security Number (and those of your children, if applicable)
-Recent check stub
Other documentation if applicable:
-Proof of child's Medicaid
-Proof of current (dated) WIC voucher
-Food stamp certification letter
-Health Insurance Card
