PPAHC has 6 full-time and 3 part-time centers throughout Hidalgo and Starr counties.  We serve over 21,000 clients yearly.  Our mission is to

• provide comprehensive reproductive health care in a private and confidential setting,
• make sure everyone in the community has access to our quality health services,
• to provide educational programs which promote reproductive rights, reproductive health and the prevention of unwanted pregnancy,
• and to advocate public policies that protect the reproductive and healthcare rights of all.
