The Women's Health Program provides uninsured, low-income women with birth control, gynecological exams and related health screenings through Texas Medicaid. Many of PPAHC’s services are covered by this program at NO cost to eligible clients.

Fees range from low to no cost, and special pricing is available for low-income women, men and teens.
We have several grant programs to assist with the cost of health services. Under these programs, there may be a small co-pay or even no fee for most services. To qualify, clients must:
Meet income requirements (example: family income of $2,648 or less (based on a family of three), and
Be able to bear children; not have had a tubal ligation, hysterectomy or vasectomy; be of childbearing age (even for services other than birth control)
