PPWNM's Lemmen Health Center will close December 30, 2014. Lemmen Center, located in the Ionia County Health Department at 175 E. Adams Street, will accept patients for medical services through Thursday, December 18, 2014. Lemmen Center will offer patient supply pickup, results management, and records transfers through Tuesday, December 30, 2014. Phone (616) 527-3340. Regular hours are Monday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Tuesday, 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.; Thursday, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Lemmen Center will be closed Christmas Day.
Lemmen Center patients may visit their next-closest Planned Parenthood, the Irwin/Martin Health Center, located at 425 Cherry Street SE in Grand Rapids. They may call (616) 459-3101 to make an appointment at Irwin/Martin or to request a records transfer to another health provider.
