Services By Appointment
Most patients who come to UHPP for services call first to make an appointment. Be sure when you call to let us know if you have an urgent problem, so we can try to schedule you as soon as possible. Click here to request an appointment online, or call 518.434.5678.
Walk-In Services (Teen Clinic)
Our Albany health centers both offers a special walk-in clinic, just for teens, from 2:30-6pm on Thursday afternoons (arrive before 5 to be seen). Patients who come to the clinic are seen on a first-come, first-served basis, so if you need medical services be sure to come early. While you're waiting to be seen, teen clinic offers a special teen-friendly waiting room with snacks, comfortable chairs and couches and lots of information. The waiting room is staffed by our S.T.A.R.S. high school peer educators or UHPP sexual education staff, who will be glad to answer any questions you have while you are waiting to be seen by our medical staff. In fact, you can just come to Teen Clinic to talk or use the resources, you don't have to come only for medical services. OR you can bring a friend. Please bring your school ID and proof of where you live with you to Teen Clinic.
