Whether you have insurance, are newly insured under the Affordable Care Act, or don’t have insurance, we’ve got you covered.
Ways to pay
Planned Parenthood of Southwestern Oregon is happy to accept many insurance plans for our health services. We are contracted with a variety of plans and can directly bill your insurance even if we are not contracted with your insurance plan.
We also accept
- CCare (Oregon Contraceptive Care)
- most OHP plans
- direct cash payment
- Title X
At our Medford and Grants Pass Health Centers, Title X funding means that in addition to insurance, CCare, and OHP (Medicaid), we are able to provide services on a sliding scale based on your income and household size.
We are contracted with a variety of health insurance plans, including plans on the new Cover Oregon exchange:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Regence BCBS, Federal BC, Premera BCBS, and Anthem BCBS)
- MODA (formerly ODS)
- PacificSource (all plans except Healthy Kids)
- First Choice Health Network (some plans)
For non-contracted insurance plans, we will bill your insurance plan directly. However, we do require that you pay our Prompt Pay discount at time of service and will send a refund depending on what your insurance covers.
Like all medical providers, we don’t know in advance how your claim will be processed. Please call your insurance company if you are unsure if the service you are getting is covered, if you owe a deductible, or if you must pay co-insurance.
For more information, please call our call center at 541-344-9411 or 800-230-PLAN.
